Return Policy for Rustic Ridge

At Rustic Ridge, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, please be aware of our return policy as follows:

1. No Returns on Ranch Brand Products: Any items purchased from the Ranch Brands collection are final sale and cannot be returned. Ranch Brands are a one of a kind, just like your sweatshirts, shirts, and hats!

2. No Returns on Customized Items: Products with customized wording are made uniquely for you and cannot be returned. Example - specific names or words can NOT be returned. Products with words like - MAMA, WIFEY, PUNCHY, HOWDY, etc. are eligible for return.

3. Returns on Standard Mama Sweatshirts and Cowboy Hats: You may return standard Mama sweatshirts and cowboy hats within 7 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached. To initiate a return, please email Rustic Ridge at rustic.ridgeboutique@yahoo.com. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return in your email. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned items. Thank you for choosing Rustic Ridge, and we look forward to serving you again!
